Pile Denial: 10

I am in denial.

It is ugly but it is nevertheless the state of things.

Here I will document my struggle with my book obsession. Behold my denial in all of its glory.

The Crimson Crown by Cinda Williams Chima

It has been two weeks since I last checked in. While it makes this look a bit more impressive there is very little to show. I picked up two books this last week. I have been waiting for The Crimson Crown for many a long day. I am so very excited to see how it all works out. I suppose the same can be said for Finale. I hope that the characters finally put their foot down. No more nonsense.
I was so very excited to read Born at Midnight. I added it to my pile what feels like two years ago. Then last Christmas I won a copy. But sadly I let it sit on my shelf. So I finally had a bit of free reading time and decided to see what the fuss was all about. It felt so nice to get the book read. As if a weight had been taken off my shoulders. I hope I will be able to purge more of these old books off my waiting shelf.

Here are the numbers of books hanging out on my TBR pile.

Pile Truth:
Books: 48 (went down) :)
eBooks: 25 (holding steady) :|
