I am so glad I decided to pick this one up. After a few too many poor dystopians I was ready to give up on the whole lot. This was just wow! I loved the characters, most especially the main two. They seem so easy to relate to. Each has weaknesses and incredible strengths. I feel sure that many of us have incredible strength hidden waiting to show. I really liked the idea that selflessness can be seen as bravery. How true it seems. Far too much cowardice covers the planet now just as in this fictional world. If you are hesitant to try another dystopian I recommend this one. I can't vouch for the future books but there seems to be promise. For now I am happy to content myself with how this one ended.
